We currently ship within Canada.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a small-batch business, all products are made and packed with care, and processing times may increase slightly during sales or busy periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $95 (before tax).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are estimates only. Prairie Wind Products is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
